NANDI is a two-pronged government UX system that tackles the problem differently on each side: a WhatsApp and phone helpline for urban citizens to report stray or injured cattle, and a Pashu-Aadhar inspired rural registration system operated through upgraded dairy co-operatives called Nandi Kendras.
